Fnb Forex well it has been an awkward experience for me in the manner you handled same so called concerned you had with my account. What makes it even more concerning for at this stage, you just quite no feedback or update yet my account is still closed for what reason I have no idea because I have cooperated with you! It more effective for me to ask you this on a public platform like so that people can be aware of your conduct and useless to no effect apologies. My account is still closed Diane, surely that can not be or wait until you finish whatever investigation you are carrying which I still have no clue what is precisely Fnb Forex is investigating... 🤔. It is not just a matter of responding and throwing in a reference number, but it transparency, efficiency at resolving your customers queries and avoiding putting your customer in such a position. I need you to open my account after all you had find it transactional and you can carry on with whatever you investigating...... 🤷
