FNB forex

Ive opened the account cause its a Global bank and im receiving funds from international banks.and i just called forex and take up to 2to 3 working days for fund to reflect in my account how unprofessional is that for a global baker.FNB really needs to do something about this.even the lady i spoke to cant even assist me with answers.im extremely disappointed in your Service FNB.
