FNB Forex

I received a USD payment from the U.S. a couple of days ago. The instruction was for the payment to be transferred into my Global Account. However the payment was transferred into my cheque account. I raised a query with FNB and the explanation I got was to do with corresponding banks.And blamed Nedbank. Not sure why this should be an issue when I simply instructed that payment must be into my Global Account.
