FNB Forex

I have to be pushed quite far to write a "review" on here, but seems like we are at breaking point. Trying to get a forex payment done, seems impossible even after providing the requested documents. I'd say looking at the way FNB forex staff are acting it's deliberate, like giving a deadline of 3pm for documents to be submitted and even though it was submitted 12 hours before the deadline, and I had to continuously call to push them jntk action, 5 minutes before deadline yet another document is requested. I don't see this as coincidence, it's certainly deliberate. FYI the document was supp**** 7 minutes later, after this the forexs staff still refused to process the payment claiming there are information/documents outstanding, however refusing to clarify what is needed.

Now we're opening an account with Capitec, whatever costs we'll be getting due to order cancelations, storage fees etc. We'll end up having to send a summons to recover the losses.
