FNB FOREX

I withdrew funds from hotforex to my fnb account on the 27th of december 2018 till this day i have not received them. i have sent FNB tracking reference number called an ARN number and RRN number provided by Hotforex as proof of transaction but all departments at fnb claim not to know about such numbers. I spoke to one lady who knew about those numbers and said the card division works with such numbers but as i was put through nobody could help me till this day.

I am very displeased with fnb for giving me the run around with out any progress and till now 28th January i am told it cannot be tracked.

I am very displeased with the service.
