<p>Wire sent 2rd May from USA, every month this is processed within 2-3 business days maximum. *conincidentally* following on from the long weekend May 1st and Easter the week prior, funds have not been allocated, by 10th May.</p> <p> </p> <p>No response from contact to Premier Banker in excess of one business day. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have read other complaints, here, regarding Forex, this appears to be a trend. The generic responses on each complaint provide no assistance. Who knows what procedural methodology is used for capturing, nor how under staffed Forex department actually is, but this is ridiculous. </p>
