FNB (Forever Not Bothered )

I am a loyal customer of FNB, i had a few business accounts with FNB for more than 25 years, My concern is that i was in business with a partner, whom vanished off the face of the earth for more than 13 years, he has since been deceased. (as per a colleague)

I have tried for more than 10 years ( spoken with more than 30 people ) in regards to the way forward in acquiring monies that is still in the account, which has been closed for more than 12 years, all my concerns have fallen on deaf ears.

is there any legal person that can point me in the right direction as to what i need to do to acquire those funds.... FNB certainly just needs your monies, then you are not even a number, but a lost entity.
