FNB- Foreign T 457

I've had 8"declined foreign t 457" transactions that cost me R8.50 each in the past week. I don't understand why FNB is allowing that to happen on my account without letting me know what it is for!. It is deducting money from my account without any permission! I am not working how will I pay for all this. I don't even want anyone to send me money in the account cause of these charges. I want to close my account cause I've been having problems with FNB for a while.
