FNB Foreign checks Department??? I dont have a business account??

i have been receiving calls from FNB Foreign Checks Department the number is *** as well as an sms stating '' your account is on hold due to outstanding tax information. Please respond to our email or call ***. FNB a div of FRB Ltd. Ref ***'' I spoke to FNB they advised me if i have a personal or business account i advised only personal they responded saying that tax info is only applicable if you have a business account. Should i be worried because i have been receiving phone calls from this number *** since 15 November 2019 is this some sort of *****? as the number comes up as FNB Foreign checks Department
