fnb forcing us to use banking app

I am an elderly person and do not have any banks app on my phone. it is too difficult to do transactions and screen is too small. also, the risk if phone gets ****** is great - then ********s know where you bank. the banks now insist that i use it to access some of my accounts and this is not acceptable. i only use my online banking on my pc.
