FNB forcing unemployed blacks to take Funeral Plan in order to open an Easy account

FNB bank consultants have been forcing young illiterate backs to take funeral plans when opening a bank account. My younger brother went to the pinetown branch to open an Easy account so I could be able to send him money, He is unemployed and the consultants told him it was compulsory to take a funeral plan in order to open an account. Now he is accummulating charges that he cannot pay on the account. How can a bank take such advantange of vulnerable people instead of helping them. It is disgusting what you have done.
