FNB forcing people to have debt

They block you from using your own cards overseas. When you finally apply (jumping through all the hoops) to use your cards overseas, they then tell you that you have a small limit you can spend. Irrelevant of how much more you have in that account. They are forceing you to open a credit card account, just so you can use your own money overseas. Why force people to have debt. Makes no sense.
