FNB forcing me to have account i done need

I requested FNB to downgrade my chequy account from March. They keep on telling me 21 days or 3 days it will be done and for these months i had to pay for the account I requested that they downgrade. This is a ****, being forced to pay for what I requested to be downgraded months ago.

FNB downgrade my account, i do not need the services you making me to pay for.
