FNB forcing consent FNBy account

FNB won't accept my signed customer agreement for my 12 year old son's account because I did not consent to allowing the bank to monitor his location, or remind him when to pay his car license disk, apparently FNB does not understand the word consent and have told me that it is law that I consent to these things! I have tried getting assistance via email, phone and secure chat, and surprise surprise no one can help. Could you please ask your cancellations department to contact me and then I can close my cheque, credit card and savings account.
