FNB FORCING CLIENTS TO DOWNLOAD THEIR APP

FNB credit card holders are being forced to download an FNB Banking App, failing which they will no longer earn rewards (eBucks) for using their FNB credit card.

This is unfair practice in my opinion, particularly for long standing clients.

By all means have new rules for new clients but do not penalise loyal customers simply because FNB has found a new way to earn even more money, i.e. via the App.
