FNB for the ******** and not for the people

So much for assisting your clients.

I logged a recall with FNB for 4 transactions. This was due to a service paid but not delivered - long story short, FNB could not get my money back and now a whole month later deduct R1302 from my account..

I would love to see FNB up their game and actually help their clients and also initiate action against individuals using FNB as a bank to de***** individuals. I am disgusted that as a consumer - you actually have no rights.
