FNB (For-No-Banking)

Recently I have been experiencing a lot of unnecessary issues with FNB. Firstly as a premier account holder u have access to a team of bankers 24/7.! What a lie, u can chat 2 them at anytime just for them to tell u to call in the morning or during business hours, so the chat line is basically a person that can't do anything when u need them. Because I have had some unauthorised activity on my account I ask them to reverse these transactions - there response "please fill out the money assist form on the app and feedback in 3 days" What!!! Since when does a reversal take 3 days!!! Are they sending someone physically to do and get my own money back? Again FNB complete useless. Another thing, phone went in for repairs and I needed to do an emergency transfer of funds, now because I did not have a cell at that moment I was thinking I could use my internet banking on the laptop- well to my surprise u can't use ur internet banking without the stupid app on your phone and the kicker is to delink the phone from internet banking you need the phone, oh wow, again FNB is useless the chat agent kept telling me to yous my app after I told her 7 times my phone is in for repairs. So internet banking from FNB is for people who don't need it but have for the sake of having it some sort of placebo effect. I complained about the agent's stupidity and quests what no response... With regard to my eWallet service I have been trying to upgrade this to easyZero it tells me I already have easyZero which is true but it will not link up as it was before - again no one at FNB can fix it. All I would like is someone to give me an answer or at least attempt to help, really regretting the move to FNB. I think it stand for For No Banking

Fun fact. One week later and surprise-surprise NOTHING. All you get is a few text messages telling you someone is looking into it or a text to tell you to check your email. Still waiting for reversals - who knew it would be so difficult
