FNB - FOOLS NATIONAL BANK

FNB used to be a top bank. I’ve been with them for over 20 years and was a private client for 8 years. About 6 months ago I dropped my private client status to normal as there was literally no service. I was paying for a private banker and had to still go into the bank to speak to anyone. Now I had some debit orders that went off and took my account into arrears. I phoned business banking (Wed 4th) and made arrangements to bring my account up to date on Saturday the 7th and was assured that the debits would not be dishonoured. Today (6th) FNB has gone and dishonoured the debits. People cannot run a business with a bank that cannot run themselves. FNB IS NOW RUN BY A BUNCH OF FOOLS WHO SHOULD RATHER WORK AT ESKOM. After 20+ years I will be closing my accounts at Fools National Bank (FNB) and have already opened an account at the UPCOMING CAPITEC! What a pity to see another large institution run into the ground!
