FNB follow up

After my 1st post here, they were quick to sent an email and let the private client banker phone me. Up to now, my query is still not not resolved. Don't think you can follow up because you cannot get hold of them, not even their customer care. unbelievable the poor service one get gets from FNB. This is their ref no. ***NF and not ones did anybody from customer care tried to find out if my problems has been resolved
