FNB, FNB Once a marble now a turd. Proof that to much growth is a bad thing!

<p>For the third time I am complaing about the so called team of bankers waiting on your call to help night and day, Premier banker, Platinium crdeit card they all the same! currently on a call and the timer is 18min and counting no answer..... I tried to downgrade my account since im not getting the service thats was sold to me but geuss what.... there is no real savings in doing that..... so the only conclusing can be made that everyone and that is everyone gets the same service and the gold, silver and platinum card is literally only the color of your card! nothing more. </p>
