FNB + FNB LIFE ARE BEYOND USELESS

FNB LIFE double debited my cheque account today for a policy I had cancelled and this double debit took all the money I had left in my account. I have been on the phone since 08h05 this morning and have spoken to more than 20 people from both FNB and FNB LIFE. I have been told that this debit order cannot be reversed nor refunded. Every person I speak to tells me something different. Dont even get me started on the PATHETIC automatic answering service who decides whether I can speak to a consultant or not. The secure chat employees have no idea what they are talking about either and lack the knowledge to be allowed to converse on the secure chat

This is unacceptable and I will not accept this response.

I need this money for food and I want MY MONEY back in my cheque account TODAY!!!!!!!!
