FNB FNB - ITEM PAID NO FUNDS "PLATINUM CHEQUE ACCOUNT" ****

Dear FNB,

I am Gugulethu Mthethwa cheque account holder of FNB, I have been charged R150.00 for #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 1 ITEMS after every 3 days. It has been happening for a few months now. First it was around R99 about twice a month, it moved to R120, now after every 3 days, I wake up to a minus R150. You make us pay for something that you said cheque account is suppose to do??? Please return my money or I will move my account to a fear Bank that does not take our money for the service already paid for. You have become the worst Bank ever these days.... your charges are too much for nothing.
