FNB FNB FNB INCONSISTENCE

FIRST NATIONAL BANK. opened a business account with FNB in 2020 September 30th. I wanted to finalise the account and submit outstanding documents. I called FNB business and I was told to submit at the Brunch. I went to the Brunch FNB Letlhabile and I was told to submit online. When I called FNB they told me I should go to the Brunch again. I went to the Brunch Brits FNB kremetart centre and I was told that I need to finalise online because they do t have those functions. I called again today 2021/01/27 and I’m told again that I need to go to the BRUNCH. My BUSINESS TRANSACTION ARE ON HOLD DUE TO THIS.
