FNB (FNB Connect) is reluctant to resolve queries (Poor service even after complaint)

FNB (FNB Connect) is so reluctant to resolve queries, they just phone complaints ( from a shuttered VOIP line) not to resolve or escalate, but just so show that a query was attended to on there stats, they would rater lose business then to resolve . this was really their worst effort
