FNB FNB CHICKEN MACARONI

I have been trying for over a week to reach FNB life to update my policy,

I have requested this from the app, from the bankers in the chat app, and i have called in, when i call in to FNB life and use option 1 to update my policy the phone rings and goes blank, no consultant and no assistance.

Hence i am here again complaining because thats my only options to get service
