FNB flouting agreements as they please.

FNB and early debit orders in December are like excrement and flies. For the past 7 years I have always asked them to debit my accounts on the agreed dates as stipulated in our contract but every December of every year they have failed to adhere to this simple request. Their call center is very useless as you spend hours on end on hold to eventually have you call dropped. The premier banking suite is also useless since all they do is advise you to call the call center. It's a never ending cycle where you receive no meaningful assistance. FNB does this every year with no regard to prior arrangements made and this is for the past 7 years or so.

I am tired and I have a good mind to move all my business to another institution. I pay exorbitant fees every month to be suffering this incompetence every year.
