FNB FlexiBond

We've app**** for an FNB Flexi bond. We've paid more than 2 thirds of the loan amount back and want to spread the the outstanding amount over the remaining period in order for us to reduce the monthly repayment. Phoned FNB help line on two occasions and the support and explanations given was very bad. They told me that it can't be done as the entire amount paid back will be recapatilised and we will have to apply for it if we want to use it again in the future with a full credit check and applications. The 2nd time the operator by the name of Karabo even told me that I'm welcome to take my account away from FNB. This is totally unaccepatble. This is not the experience I'm having with some of my other FlexiBond accounts with other banks.
