FNB fleecing their customers

FNB is no longer out for their customers.

In a country that we pay some of the highest bank charges in the world it amazes me how Banks find new ways to fleece you.

FNB state they will deliver your card for free to you to make it convenient. Yes they will if you have three days yto sit and wait fr their couries to arrive. Yes they make a window period of three days when the courier will arrive.

If you cannot nominate somebody to recieve your card and cannot wait around 3 days for the courier to arrive it will cost you. The courier charges you extra to make an appointment or give you at least a smaller window period.

And the option of collecting your card from the bank yourself will also incur you a fee. So I see FNB does not make its customer a priority, cash is king and how to fleece their customers
