FNB Flagged my name
I need help. I have been flagged by FNB as having a judgment against my name that was removed in 2020. Despite the proof that the flagged judgment on my name was removed, FNB will not erase the flagged over my name. Credit bureaus have removed it, and other banks are able to help me with any product that I need except the bank I've been with for many years, FNB.
Sadly, FNB is unable to assist me with that as I've been to the branch, and a private banking representative tried to assist me, but she was unable to remove that flag. It is important to note that I have been with FNB for many years

23 May 2022, 11:24Please be informed that this matter has not been addressed. Someone who did not understand my issue called and asked if my account had ever been overdrawn. Neither my account was overdrawn nor did I need assistance with this. He promised to find someone who could help. I have not heard from anyone at FNB since then
