FNB FIX YOUR INJUSTICES, DO THE RIGHT THING !!!

We are so deeply disappointed in FNB, I now know without a doubt that FNB is the last company on earth to entrust with my family's wellbeing when death strikes, in terms of the will and finalizing estate. At the beginning of January 2021, my mother-in-law passed on and was survived by her two unemployed daughters. She had entrusted FNB with her will and the finalizing of her estate. All the funeral arrangements and services had to be paid for by family members, and loans had to be taken out to ensure a dignified send off was afforded for our fallen beloved. All because the funds from policies and investments were now under FNB's control. FNB was approached and claim processes were initiated and all the necessary documents were submitted as per the appointed Estate Specialist's instructions and requests. One year and nine months later, the estate is still not finalized and when follow up is done with that appointed estate specialist, she told us that she is no longer with FNB and another person was assigned to the case. To add salt to the wound, we have to start the process all over again of running around gathering information that they claim is needed. Beneficiaries are struggling to make ends meet while their mother ensured that they will be well taken care of. They are struggling while FNB is sitting on what is rightfully theirs and ONLY FNB knows why. What is the point of entrusting FNB with such a responsibility when they can subject our kids to such hardships and atrocities? God knows how much these kids are suffering as they are also raising Granny's grandchildren, who always made sure they were well taken care of. Those funds that were meant to feed, clothe, and take these kids to school are STILL with FNB, therefore denying these kids the life that their granny sacrificed so much to make sure they got to live. FNB is truly doing an injustice to this family, and that is truly heartbreaking.
