FNB First Warranty refuses to help

I have signed up for the FNB First warranty on Monday 27 November 2023 using the FNb pp, through the Nav > Car interface. I received a message that my application has been successfully submitted for policy number FNBN16959, and that the insurer wil confirm cover shortly. Nobody from FNB, or anywhere else, has called me yet. I have called FNB numerous times and every time get a useless response that they can't see anything on the system and then I get transferred to at least 4 different people, who also can't do their job properly. I have called Motorite and The Engine Room repeatedly as well, who are supposed to be handling the First Warranty, but still only get empty promises that someone will call me back. I need someone competent to contact me to activate the policy so that it is active during December
