Went to fnb near carlton centre to open an account and the consultant saw an opportunity to open a funeral plan for me under false pretences in the process, he got all the details he needed from me and said it was just standard procedure for opening an fnb account, ive been trying to cancel this thing for the past 2 months now, i call their useless work from home call centre agents with stinking attitudes and get no help as they all claim that it will be cancelled by the end of the call. Last lady i spoke to is Buntle Baloyi and mind you we had to argue just because i asked for her name.
