FNB ( First National Bank ) WORSE BANK EVER !! CAN'T ASSIST THEIR CLIENTS

For the past few months, I have been contacting FNB and going to Arcadia Branch in various ways to get a simple issue on my card resolved. The issue I have been facing is that my online payments to international vendors gets declined, saying the transaction is not allowed on my card. went to one of their branch twice but all the time i was left in hold for more than a hour, am not the first client to complain about this , would rater advice people to look for better...
