FNB (First National Bank) giving pathetic service

An email form *** & *** was sent to me on 31 August 2023 13:00: You are hereby requested to provide FNB with the reason for the receipt of these funds as well as acceptable proof of same. I rep**** twice with the proof, with no reply. I need to buy food, but cant. Can someone please sort this out asap. This is really unacceptable.
