FNB (First National Bank) Forex Exchange and withdrawals

Hi, I withdrew the money on June 30th, 2024, from my Skrill wallet account to my FNB account, and I still haven't received it in my account till this day. I contacted Skrill; they said the money is out on their side and they cannot reverse it. They provided me with an ARN code and said FNB is the one that can resolve the issue. I have been calling FNB consultants since June trying to sort out this issue, and it seems no one has an idea about this issue or even knows what the ARN code is or what is used for... Please assist How do i go about this issue..
