FNB (first national bank) blocked my account for no reason and decided to ignore me a costumer

My FNB (first national bank) account was blocked because the ***** department mistakenly thought I was connected to someone who was falsely accused of ***** and I was given a case number which is *** . The person's they thought I was associated with account has been reopened weeks ago since he was proven innocent, my account is still blocked, even though I had no involvement with it and I have been reaching out the FNB investigators but they all decided to ignore me I haven’t had any feedback and I need those funds in it urgent
