Fnb (First National Bank) 35Day Card delivery and still no card (REVOLTING SERVICE)

I opened an account with Fnb (First National Bank) at the North Gate branch during the first week of April with the agreement that the bank would have a courier company (Dsv courier service) to deliver the card within 3-5 days.

It has now been a month and 5 days and I have NOT received my promised card.

The courier company (Dsv) as send me multiple text messages assuring me the delivery will be made within 3-4 days. With no luck getting responses from them. I’ve called First National Banks complaints and solutions line every week from the week after I was promised and no body has the ability to help me.

It’s been 35 Days since I’ve opened my account and I have still not received my bank card... I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED, DISAPPOINTED, INSULTED by FnB (First National Bank)

Reviewer Update
I must be honest although i appreciate the FNB team responsilbe for the Hello Peter division calling me, for the truly inspiring conversation and the flood of attempts to resolve the problem at hand i am now 100% sure the problem lies with DSV themselves or perhaps rather the very apparent breakdown in communication than occurs between DSV and FNB, lets get something clear on the issue 1: DSV called me one time to arrange a delivery time and have confirmed the correct address with me 2: I never heard from them again not even when i complained 3: A month passed and this is the first time i speak with anybody from DSV regarding the issue who has now also informed me that they attempted to deliver the card the first time and the card could not be delivered, a shame... considereing that i live here i doubt that to be true, in any case we can add "lying" to the list of loveliness 4: I have been informed that DSV cannot, will not and just plain cant call me a second time to check an address if they are not sure or if perhaps there is an issue of any sorts with the delivery (such as a few weeks going by as my poor "hopefully" still sealed card rots away at a storage facility somewhere right next to some poor childs never delivered tedy bear). All in all DISSAPOINTING lets try better gents? I have hope one day you guys will figure it out but today is not that day.
