Fnb first national bank

Good day, i I want to know who can I mail or phone regarding my credit status udate. After my credit status was updated at the credit bureau and at debt busters. I wure informed that we needed to wait 21 days. Then the flag will be removed and my credit status will be updated.

After 23 days my credit status was not updated at fnb. I wure at fnb branch vaal mall on the 16-07-2025 on the line for more than 3 houds and no 1 cpuld help me. I did send e-mails but also got no response yet. How long furfher does I need to wait for fnb to update my credit status.
