FNB FINISHED MY AIRTIME WAITING TO BE ASSISTED

I got an unknown debot order, called FNB call centre.. waited for about 2 hours to be assisted, my airtime got finished, still I have not yet been assisted.. This is one crazy moment with FNB... why doesn't they have a toll free number for their customers, they make you wait and wait and wait.
