FNB finds fictitious ITC listing!!!!!!!!
I am applying for a credit card and I find out that I am blacklisted by Vodacom. I have had a problem with them for over a year now. That being said I pay the little amount and recieve the settlement letter from Vodacom. Yet to only find out that I am on ITC for a totally different amount than what I owed Vodacom, thus my CC being declined!!! Where is this information that the bank is seeing?????? I am fed up with poor customer service!!! Vodacom says my account is on ZERO and my details was updated with ITC in the beginning of August!!! This is ridiculous!!!!
