FNB - FIND NOTHER BANK

I have banked with FNB for 35 years and have both my personal account and business account with them. Their marketing campaign around 'How can we help you' and 'great reasons to switch to FNB' are quite laughable. To get anything out of them is impossible - they are long on promises and short on delivery. The notion of a Personal Banker is the furthest thing from the truth - after 3 and a half decades of banking with them I have come to realise that I am nothing more than a number. So perhaps it is time to switch away from and rather than to FNB.
