FNB FINANCIAL INVESTOR LOST OUR MONEY
We used a FNB Finansial Advisors because he worked for the bank and therefore we Trusted him to look out for out best interest. We went to Cradock branch to see Mr Jacques Olivier to invest our small pension so that we could live of the interest. Our only demand was that our Capital stay SAVE we do not want to loose a sent of it. That he get us a good interest without ANY risk of Loosing our Capital. That was a promise from Mr. Olivier because he said he understand our situation. And he only work with products that FNB endorse so we will be dave. He will invest in a lower interest amount but save He did not have a proposal with him but draw the investment goals on a white A4 paper. We signed that money can be transfered. He promised all the paperwork as soon as he is back at his office in Queenstown that afternoon or early the next moring We tried to get hold of him since 08 June 2018 When we ask the bank the told us that, thats the only no. They have. The first statement we got What a SHOCK we lost R78 000.00 of our Capital and R26000. 00 was taken as Advisors fees. When we confronted the bank we heard he is not working for the bank anymore. DO FNB WANT TO ASSIST US.... NO IT ALL BLAME SHIFTING NOW. I started searching the wide world web and eventually found Mr Olivier and he blamed FNB. According to him they took the Investors fees. And its their products that he had to showv us as he worked for them. Were can I find help to solve this problem
