Fnb finally disappointed me

My account was charged by Byc debit that i had not Authorized. I moved from discovery bank and nedbank coz i thought fnb doesnt have problems like capitec and tymbank. The debit was supposed to be in my savings but i checked all my savings and nothing in them. This is December **** made by inside people of fnb. And to reverse the money is R350. They only took R260.02, the byc that i authorized was R20 in my other savings. Am going back to nedbank. I left nedbank coz i wanted to try fnb, nedbank never disappointed me
