FNB finally delivers on offer , solved the problem and trust has been restored

I had an issue with the way my Credit limit increase issue was handled but FNB manged to deliver on its offer so i don`t lose out.. Mbali Maseko along side the entire credit card division whom i had lost hope in managed to resolved the issue in three days and even though i am still a bit shaken ,Trust has been restored that problems do get solved eventually.. but much quicker compared to other banks to be honest

I have since cancelled my other Credit cards with Absa ..and now crossing my fingers that it goes smoothly onwards without me having to come on this platform ever again.

The complaints resolution team was exceptional....the lady who was working made it feel like me a real therapy session which i needed at that point to calm me down..she understood my frustrations and with every call from her , i got hope that things could actually end up working..which they did
