FNB final demand notice

on the 15th of June i received a final demand letter demanding a R460 that is in arrears on my business account.

I have been emailing Retail and Commercial Fulfilment since the 28th of April. i informed the bank that i had made a deposit that is not reflecting. FICA had not been done in over a month.

i have been emailing with no success and due to unnecessary delays caused by the bank i am now being sent final demand letters.

All i want to do is close the account as FNB really does not look after their clients.
