FNB FIDUCIARY SERVICE INHUMANE AND DISGRACEFUL

I have been reading up on FNB's infamous Fiduciary services and am concerned on whether to take legal action or to the high court. My father passed away almost a year ago now and my mother is struggling with getting the estate and will sorted. The lady handling our estate (Maggie Snyman from Pretoria) makes excuses such as her laptop got damaged, she was sick or my mother's emails were in her spam. It is quite shocking what they're putting us through. I am 8 months pregnant and my mother is a 64 year old retired lady. We have just about run out of savings, I'm even about to give birth at a public hospital and our neighbors have started donating things to us. I can only find a job after I give birth, even so, I can't even afford a damn breast pump. For the excuses we've been given, it's extremely demeaning what we're going through. FNB, don't have this department if you can't handle it. These are people's lives. Our loved ones left their life savings for us only for you to deprive us of it is beyond words. My mother was the executor, now Maggie states that it is only recently that the high court amended the letter to FNB as the executor, she even stated that the high court had technical issues for 2 months! This is all via email so we have proof of all these excuses. She has since not responded to our emails. Please advice on who to speak to or where to report this.
