FNB Fiduciary Service

This review relates to the administration of a deceased estate of a loved one handled through a fiduciary service provider. This is not a standard complaint about delays. It is about how ineffective the resolution process is when issues are escalated. Across the entire process, a clear pattern has emerged. Issues are raised, then partial responses are given. Contradictions or gaps remain. Further escalation is required. Responses still do not fully resolve the matter. In practice, escalation does not lead to resolution. It leads to repeated internal responses without final clarity, consistency, or closure. A key concern is escalation handling itself. Despite explicitly requesting that escalation responses not be handled by individuals already involved in the administration concerns raised, this instruction was not followed. The response was still issued internally by individuals who had been involved throughout the process. This raises concerns about whether escalation instructions are actually app**** and whether complaints are independently reviewed when escalated to senior level. The core issue is not only communication quality but the lack of an effective resolution process. Escalations appear to generate responses rather than solutions. This review is shared to highlight concerns about accountability, escalation effectiveness, and the actual experience of trying to resolve estate administration issues through internal channels.
