Fnb fiduciary Pretoria I don't feel helped

I have a problem with Fnb fiduciary once again, I think I was friendly and nice a year too long That is why I am in this situation that I am in right now.

The communication they giving me is not what a person will expect from a company like Fnb who is going to make a lot of profit from my father's estate. I'm even scared to find out how much its going to be.

Since the beginning of my father's passing I am patiently waiting for fnb to claim from my father's life policy for them to atleast pay my father's overdraft account which is my biggest concern.

The life cover company did say in a letter I've received in the post, all they need is the cession letter from fnb. The death claim form and the DHA 1663 (BI 1663) notice, nothing about the letter of exucutorship so according to my understanding Fnb could have claimed for this life policy as soon as I reported my father's passing to them. So they could have paid the overdraft and keep the rest of the money in my father's estate bank account until the estate is sorted out but it feels to me they were making excuses with the entire process for them to take more bank costs for this overdraft. A whole year of overdraft fees is more than R72 000-00 plus then there is also going to be their administration fees at the end of winding up the estate. In my eyes the winning party in this matter is Fnb all the way. And now they take so long to claim for his life cover even after the letter of exucutorship is permitted from the master of the high court on 24 June 2020 , Fnb is telling me since the beginning of July2020 they having trouble getting a hold of the life cover companies where my father had his policies, but when I call I get a hold of them easily I could have sent all these documents myself but I don't know where to find this cession letter with the security code on, Fnb is also not making it easy for me to get more information on this and apparently the cessiory department at Fnb is also a issue to get a hold of.

I know I will receive a call from fnb telling me they had to wait for the letter of exucutorship, which was also a gap to them for a whole year. I'm no longer interested in this story.

Im interested in them to cancel the administrator fees and any other fees that will come from this from fnb, reason being I had to travel very far to try and get a death certificate of a late spouse who I've never even seen or heard of in my life while I was living with my late father, late mother and late brother and who isn't even mentioned in my father's testament or trust. I had to endure extra costs and borrow money which I'm struggling to pay back, for me to just do my best to sort out my father's things and in the end all this did not even matter as a copy of the excucuters letter came out with only my late father's name and not the spouse. And I had to wait because Fnb telling me they can not claim for my father's life policy without the letter of exucutorship, when in reality they could have sorted out everything in a about 2 months since my father's passed aways 26 July 2019.

And then I want fnb to make sure the winding up of this estate happens fast before another bank fee goes off again from my late father's account.

My late father put all his trust in Fnb where he had a business account for 35+ years and this is the treatment he gets in his afterlife from a company who say "how can we help you". I don't feel helped at all.

I can't deal with this stress anymore, the next call or email I want to receive from fnb is to tell me everything is sorted out and there's a end of all this misery for me please.
