FNB FIDUCIARY IS M.I.A

I am the executor in my late fathers estate. FNB has all documents to confirm my appointment. FNB has loaded an IT3B onto his SARS profile, and I Require a copy to submit to SARS. Despite daily emails I only receive automatic messages from their fiduciary department with no acknowledgement or response. My late fathers private FNB banker has tried to escalate same without success. This has been going on over for 16 days and I have already had to request an extension from SARS. This is unacceptable
