FNB Fiduciary horrible customer service

Hi there

All I can say I am utterly shocked and disappointed at the level of service my mother has received from FNB Fiduciary. I wouldn't recommend anyone taking out a will with them. We initially wanted to get a private lawyer to handle our the estate administration of our late father however FNB managed to convince us to keep this with them and assured us that they will assist us throughout the process and provide us with constant update along the way. This was the case when they initially asked us to sign forms however after submitting the relevant documentation, they just went silent. They ignored all our follow up emails . Mind you this is a Bank that prides itself with "How can they help you". My mother is 70 years old and is still trying to deal and process the loss of her husband. But unfortunately her stress levels are continuously up as she is restless around this estate case. Honestly I am utterly disappointed.
